Spiriva Uses & Indications
Spiriva tiotropium bromide) Inhalation Powder is used to prevent bronchospasm (narrowing of the airways in the lungs) in people with bronchitis, emphysema, or COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). It is an anticholinergic drug.

Stop using tiotropium inhalation and get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Call your doctor at once if you have a serious side effect such as - tongue swelling or redness, sores or white patches of your mouth, lips, or tongue, or
urinating less than usual or not at all.
Less serious side effects may include:
Dry mouth, cough, hoarseness, blurred vision, trouble swallowing, nausea, constipation, upset stomach, stuffy nose, nosebleed, fast heart rate, drowsiness, or white patches in your mouth or throat.
